Q: Lead Time

The delivery time for regular products is 10 to 20 days, while for customized products, it is 20 to 3 days.

Q: Product Replacement Principles

Priority shall be given to alternative products with completely identical specifications and parameters. If parameter adjustment is required, the rated voltage, current and operating temperature range of the substitute products shall be no lower than those of the original models to avoid performance mismatch.
