QUALITY CONTROL

01. Incoming Material Inspection

IQC performs 100% inspection on key core materials (such as wafers and chips).

The testing process must comply with ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory management requirements and conform to SEMI C8 to C12 grade semiconductor material international standards to ensure internationally recognized test data.

02. Process Inspection

IPQC measures the critical linewidth after etching, and uses 3D AOI equipment to inspect wafer surface particles, scratches, and pattern defects. At the same time, it monitors film thickness, wafer flatness, and overlay accuracy, with accuracy covering the micron to nanometer scale.

03. Shipment Inspection

Test equipment measures the chip's basic parameters such as voltage, current, and resistance to verify key indicators such as switching speed and signal integrity.

Test the chip's power consumption performance under different operating modes to meet the low-power design requirements of end products.

Accelerate aging in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment to predict the chip's long-term lifespan.

Complete wide-temperature-range thermal cycling testing (-40℃~125℃), ESD anti-static testing, and mechanical stress shock testing to verify the chip's stability under complex operating conditions.

DETECTION CAPABILITY

We have introduced advanced production equipment from Japan such as TEL and Beijing Huachuang, and implemented a closed-loop inspection process throughout the entire manufacturing process: from the screening of wafer defects in the pre-production stage, to the final CP/FT product testing in the post-production stage, and to the failure analysis in the laboratory, ensuring that the quality of product manufacturing is controllable throughout the entire process.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION CERTIFICATION

Our production is strictly conducted in compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards.Furthermore, we entrusts SGS to carry out toxic and harmful substance testing (such as RoHS, REACH, and TSCA tests). Custom products are available upon request.
